Today I ordered two new books from Amazon. I can't wait to start reading them and I will have plenty of time with my holidays coming up very soon.

Mark Ryden

I discovered this artist Mark Ryden while watching a TV show last week (People & Arts) where a girl tattooed her lower back with the image of the painting above.

I thought it was so awesome and so beautiful that I had to check out some of his work at www.markryden.com

I know, I know... it is kind of twisted or bloody or even sometimes macabre but somehow his paintings and drawings have a strange, disturbing beauty.

DEPECHE MODE CONCERT CANCELLED - LISBON

The Depeche Mode concert scheduled for Lisbon's Alvalade Stadium on July 28 is cancelled, due to the serious financial difficulties of the promoter Jose Araujo's company Brand New Day.

Unfortunately this promoter failure makes it impossible for Depeche Mode to perform this Lisbon concert.

The Band apologize to disappointed fans.

Ticket holders are advised to seek advice on refunds from the point of purchase.

I'm back

I know I know... I have been pretty much away but I have lots of work to keep up to, after my long absense from the company.

My inspiration abandoned me without a reason.

Life's a bitch and then you die!

Since yesterday I'm having insomnias again and I just hate it. I cannot sleep and then I feel and look like a zombie during the day.

I wish I could sleep a restful night, something I don't remember doing since some time ago.

I feel tired, my eyes are shut but still no sleep...

Back to work

Today I went back to work after one month at home recovering from the surgery. It was nice to have a warm welcome back and to see that people do care about me. I haven't realized until this morning how much I missed my colleagues but I cannot say the same about the work itself. :P

So I am now back to reality, back to real life.

In a month I'll be on holidays although I don't have any plans... what an excitement! I can hardly wait!

I hate holidays in August but my company closes for 2 weeks in August so it's hopeless.
